In this retreat we will explore tools which can help you to re-align on a daily basis and flow with your experiences in life with more ease, perspective and trust.


We delve into the question of how to cultivate the ability of shifting from a state of control to trust, and develop more fluid relationship with ourselves and with life itself. 

Join to explore practices which can help you to become more aware of your Inner Being and what you might need in order to establish a holistic sense of balance in your everyday life. This includes multifaceted dynamic yoga, breathing exercises, guided meditations, fire ceremonies, journaling exercises and experiences with nature. 

Between the practices you can relax at the farm, join a beach excursion or take a trip to Ciutadella de Menorca.

The term 'Threshold' traces back to the ancient practice of threshing, the first step in grain processing after harvest. Grains were separated from chaff by beating them against a hard surface, known as a threshold. Here, the robust kernels stayed, while the lighter chaff was carried away. Symbolically, a threshold embodies transformation—a shift from one state of being to another, where what nourishes and sustains us remains, and what doesn't falls away.

 

As the fields around us yield their bountiful harvests, we'll journey inward during this retreat to cultivate our inner harvest of discernment and enlightenment. This retreat acts as a threshold—a gateway to align with life's essential rhythms as we transition into the autumn and winter seasons.

 

Throughout our time together, we'll explore the importance of creating personal thresholds and provide practical tools for integrating these practices into your daily life. Our program combines dynamic yoga, breathwork, guided meditation, journaling, fire ceremonies, dance meditation, intuitive chanting, and nature immersion. These experiences will offer you insights and techniques to deepen self-awareness, shift perspectives, and embrace empowerment in your everyday life.

 

During breaks, take time to soak in the tranquil ambiance of the farm and its surrounding nature. Explore the captivating landscapes and pristine beaches of Stenshuvud National Park, just a short distance away.

 

Savor our thoughtfully curated, locally sourced vegetarian cuisine, crafted with love and expertise by our celebrated chef, Julia of Kullåkra.

FOOD & ACCOMMODATION

 

Food – Kullåkra Gård offers carefully and lovingly prepared food. It is mainly vegan, locally sourced, and organic, tailored to complement yoga practices – not too heavy, yet nourishing and filling.
 

Kullåkra's retreat chef is named Julia. She is a trained nutritionist with many years of experience in the café and restaurant industry. Julia has been vegan for six years and runs the company Bönan & Ärtan AB, inspiring people to live healthier lives. She has a university education in chemistry and nutrition, and her cooking is filled with nutrition, love, and knowledge.


During our retreats, she enjoys sharing her thought process behind meal planning and offers tips on how participants can prepare tasty vegetarian meals at home. She hopes to inspire Kullåkra's participants to become good friends with the green kitchen and understand how the food we eat can be our medicine and help us feel good.


Accommodation – We stay in double rooms in the cozy guesthouse on the farm. The rooms are spacious, allowing us to easily maintain physical distance.

You can fully immerse yourself in your retreat experience with us.
